  • Survey: Initial onsite survey to make sure the site, cabling, and phone lines are ready for the installation.


  • System Staging: We assemble all the components, and make sure they are working properly


  • Information Gathering: We provide you with a system setup form which you fill in and give us so that we can pre-program your system.


  • Review: We review the form and call you back to confirm to help you fill in anything missed.


  • Initial Programming: We program your system to your specifications.


  • Scheduling: We set up a time to come out and install your system.


  • Installation: The installation is performed and we test all phones, features, and phone lines to insure the system functions as intended


  • Training: Usually done once the system is completed, we provide you with instructions tailored for your system, as programmed, we also include the standard phone guides.


  • Remote Support: We setup remote programming, if allowed by your network, so that we can take care of changes quickly and at a lower cost.


  • No Charge: 1 week phone and remote support/programming adjustments are included at no extra charge.


All our systems we ship to you include:

  • Cabling Readiness: We determine if any extra mounting gear is required or cables run, and work with you to decide who will be mounting and connecting the equipment.  Usually this could be your computer networking guru, an electrical contractor, or an avid do-it-yourselfer


  • Initial Programming: We program your system to your specifications

  • We work with your installer to setup the management software so we can fine tune the programming of your system.  We also go over connection procedures to phones and phone lines


  • Once the system arrives we review the connection form with your installer so they understand what cables are plugged in where


  • Scheduling: We set up a time for your designated installer and our techs to do the install


  • The installation commences, we work with your installer to test the intended features of the phone system, using our remote connection to make adjustments


  • Training: Usually done once the system is completed, we provide you with instructions tailored for your system, as programmed, we also include the standard phone guides


  • No Charge: 1 week phone and remote support/programming adjustments are included at no extra charge. (as long as remote connection to management software is still available)
