Allow IP Office Techs System Designers choose the products you need to get the features you want! Simply answer the following questions and we'll send back a configuration or installed system quote that is properly configured. The order process screens have been used to facilitate this inquiry, all the costs are 0 and when you "checkout" you'll be asked to register. After registering you can submit the request by clicking on "Checkout Now". The amount will be 0, and likewise, there is NO FEE for this service. You will not be prompted to enter a credit card. We want you to choose compatible products from the start and not miss the accessories or licenses you need.

Start by entering the quantities in answer to the questions posed here. Leave the entry blank if nothing is needed for the item. After you are through filling in all the relevant blanks, click on "Add to Cart" at the bottom of this page to go to the next step. In the final step you can adjust the quantities needed or add items. (disregared the next three lines of instructions til we learn how to hide them!)

For each style, you can enter a quantity by color/size that you want to add to your {0} and then click on the {1} button at the bottom of the page.

	Type of Quote SKU: Enter 1 for a Parts Only quote or 2 for an Installed System Quote. Quantity:

	Total Phone Stations SKU: How many total phone stations will be required? Include Digital, Analog, and IP Phones. Do not include FAX or Modem lines at this time. Quantity:

	Number of Digital Phones - Standard SKU: Enter the number of digital phones needed. The standard variety is for the average user who would use between 6 and 12 programmable line appearance or feature buttons. This style phone is also used for call center agents or inside sales representatives. Quantity:

	Number of Digital Phones - Executive SKU: Enter the number of digital phones needed. This higher level phone includes 24 total programmable call appearance or feature keys, has a larger speaker and also a larger footprint. It is typically used for executives, supervisors of call centers and other positions where many lines and features need to be accessed quickly. It has the option of adding the EU 24 expansion module for even more feature keys with soft labels. Quantity:

	Number of Analog Phones SKU: Enter the number of analog phones needed. Quantity:

	VOIP IP Phone SKU: How many "work at home" employees or phone users do you anticipate? This is for the hardware based phone that is installed at one location and connected through the Internet. For roving type phone users the VOIP Softphone is preferred. Quantity:

	VOIP IP Softphone SKU: How many people will need the ability to use their laptop as a phone extension in the company at any given time? This would be the IP Softphone product installed on a laptop along with the companies VPN client. Quantity:

	Voicemail SKU: Do you need voicemail? Enter a 1 for yes, leave blank for no. Quantity:

	Auto Attendant SKU: Do you need an auto attendant? If yes, enter the number of different auto attendants needed. Most companies need at least 3 with a little room to grow. An Auto Attendant is typically included with the voicemail system. The one that is part of Voicemail Pro is typically chosen for its power and ease of use. Quantity:

	T1, BRI, PRI lines needed SKU: How many Digital T1, PRI or BRI lines are needed. Inlcude those used now or that will be ordered for the IP Office System. Quantity:

	Concurrent Sessions - Important SKU: During the busiest times at your company. how many concurrent accesses to voicemail and the auto attendant are happening at once? Quantity:

	DID Incoming Lines SKU: How many incoming direct inward dial (DID) lines does your company have in use? This would be individually assigned incoming lines dedicated to one person or department. (may be approximate) Quantity:

	Fax Machines SKU: How many hardware-based fax machines do you have in common areas? (such as accounting, order entry, IT, service) Quantity:

	Modems SKU: How many hardware-based single line modems do you have connected to various servers and PC's? Quantity:

	Operator Stations SKU: How many operator stations does your company use. Include areas where a separate receptionist/operator is that fields the calls for groups of people (more than 10) Quantity:

	Cellphone Integration SKU: Do you have a need to integrate cell phones into busy phone users who are in the field and in the office back and forth often throughout the week? (Twinning Feature) If so please include the number of such users, otherwise leave blank.
