The Definity System (initially sold as Lucent and then as Avaya) has been a solid, relaible performer over the years and continues to be so.  IP Office Techs is ready to support your system with expert programming, expansion capabilities, and replacement parts as needed.  We can provide training for your users, operators, and helpdesk staff as well.  We'll also provide an analysis of your existing system and offer possibilities for improvement in your overall call flow and end-user experience.

We are experts in migration to a newer VoIP empowered system.  New systems such as the IP Office can provide even more features than the Definity and use the same phones (in most instances).  New and refurbished IP Office Systems are available for lease or purchase and are an extremely cost effective and performance enhanced alternative to your Definity System should you decide to upgrade.  Let us show you how we will translate your current feature set and operation to this platform while saving you money and bringing your communication platform to current VoIP enabled standards!

The Definity system was configured in three basic cabinets, the earlier System 100 full height rack cabinets, the most popular floor stackable version, and the wall mounted versions. All three can share cards and have similar programming.  Shown is the floor stackable version.

For Voicemail, Definity uses the Intuity Audix System.  This system came in two basic versions.  The card-based version as shown near the center in the above photo.  It is the card with the screen near the top.  The most popular version was sold as a stand alone PC with monitor and keyboard called the MAP5.  Both include a tape based backup.

IP Office Techs can provide remote support as well as on-site service in the Milwaukee and Chicago markets.

Call us today to see how IP Office Techs can help you with your system.  References are available.
