For remote service, location is not as important as a mechanism for remotely logging into the management PC. Our techs can help you set this up if you do not already have one configured.  Additionally, having someone onsite and ready to perform physical tasks such as resetting power cords results in the best possible remote session. The four hour package rate is availavle for $272.00 a savings of $28.00 off our hourly rate.  Must be used over a 1 month period.

There is a one hour minimum remote service charge per item(s) modified or investigated on the system, except where additional remote accesses are required as part of an initial service call. Then additional time is logged in 15 minute intervals.
