Installation Charges may consist of staging of equipment at our facility, installation of racks and wiring when necessary, installation of equipment in racks, testing lines and phones once in place, initial programming, arranging with phone company to activate new service or move it, preparation of end user guides, training preparation and class, follow up programming and fine tuning, first day of service support.
