For Parts Only Purchases
IP Office Techs provides a limited amount of Technical Support after the sale. We may have a promotion which gives you 1 hour of free support or programming to help you get the product connected into the system. We will soon be offering Support Packages that you can purchase in 3, 6, and 12 month terms. Included in this will be all necessary programming or technical support to the company phone support person.
For Customers of Our Fully Installed Systems
Our fully installed systems are warrantied for service and labor for the first full year of installation. This is part of the manufacturers warranty. After the first year, we will provide parts and service for your complete system for a yearly fee based upon the total to-date cost of the system.
