IP Office Techs specialize in IT Infrastructure and Telecom Project Management. We have the experience to do the project on time and on budget.
It's the attention to detail and communication that sets us apart. The project scope will identify what the project includes - and doesn't. A project plan timeline with resources and their tasks will be prepared and updated as the project progresses. Drawings will be prepared that illustrate the project. If the project warrants, metrics before and after a project is done will measure success.
Also exemplary is the knowledge our Project Managers bring to the table - such as the technical skill to jump in and help the team when needed. And to identify issues before they happen.
We'll work with your staff to insure we are all on the same page. Regular update methods will be decided on based on your needs and time - whether that be in emailed document form, one on one, or regularly scheduled team meetings. We'll come prepared with work done, planned, and forecasts on how the project is going.
In meetings, your IP Office Techs PM will break the project down into language and goals that are business driven, with a focus on the customer experience. We'll never let technology drive our projects.
