Programming
Programming refers to accessing the IP Office Base Unit and entering user names, call routes, system parameters, and other data to configure the switch to perform a certain desired task or personalize the system to the user base. It can be done via a VPN connection, a remote desktop connection, or a third party service such as logmein.com. Fees for this service are $65.00 per hour for remote service or $85.00 per hour onsite in SE Wisconsin or NE Illinois.
