WHERE WE SERVICE
IP Office Techs, a certified Avaya Business Partner and Nortel Technical Service Company, can be dispatched to all your Wisconsin sites. The Milwaukee Metro would be considered local and other cities would have additional charges for hourly travel. Depending on the size of the job, travel charges to cities outside of the Milwaukee Metro Area may be waived or reduced, so call us for a quote.
We are connected by cell phones with email and text messaging so that service request information can be quickly relayed to the appropriate personnel. We can also be dispatched to the Chicago Metro Area (2.0 hours away), Northern Illinois (1.5 hours away) and Northern Indiana (2.5 hours away). Other drivable locations can be considered and quoted on request.

We work directly with businesses or organizations needing a system or service, or as local support/installation/survey
services for other telephone interconnect companies or resellers that
service national accounts or when additional staff is needed.
We currently service a number of Platinum and Gold Business Partners on both coasts that have national accounts in our service region. Referrals are available from the CSR's and Project Managers we work with upon request.
If we are working in a subcontracted role, we would be happy to provide you with a Certificate of Insurance, a W-9, and any forms you require for non-compete. We enjoy working with other professionals and you will find your working with us pleasant, timely, and fair.

REMOTE PROGRAMMING OR PHONE SUPPORT
For remote programming or service, location is not as important as a mechanism for remotely logging into the management PC. Our techs can help you set this up if you do not already have one configured. We typically would need to speak with your IT person to setup the necessary protocol. Additionally, having someone onsite and ready to perform physical tasks such as resetting power cords results in the best possible remote session. Remote service rates are $75 per hour including evenings and weekends. There is no charge to set up the initial remote session.
OUTSIDE OF AREA SERVICE
For emergency service outside our local area, extra travel time will be added and a deposit may be required via credit card. Call for rates.

OPERATIONS CENTER / PROOF OF CONCEPT LAB
Our center includes live systems such as IP Office (all variants and peripherals), A Definity G3, Magix, Partner, and Norstar Systems. We use these to replicate issues, working through them offsite if needed, then are able to hit the ground running at the customer site in order to provide the best possible image of professionalism. We participate in user forums to keep up-to-date on the latest patches and fixes that arise as new versions are released.
