Now In: Return Policy
Any product that arrives either defective or damaged is to be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. Please keep all original packing materials, boxes, instructions and accessories. All returned product must be in brand new condition with no scratches or other apparent damage. Products defective due to misuse or improper connections will be submitted for warranty work for a further determination. An RMA is required for all returns. Please send an email with invoice number and product to be returned to info@ipofficetechs.com
All sales are final unless defective or there is an error in ordering on our part. Due the specialized nature of these products, we are not able to offer a refund or credit at this time. Please use our sales representatives to help you choose products that are compatible and necessary. If after purchasing, you find out that an incompatible product has been purchased, you may return the product and we will credit your account and apply it to a compatible product. If one is not available, your money will be credited within 7 working days of recepit of the product at our location.
Upon receipt of the damaged or incorrectly specified product, we will ship out an exact replacement. All sales are final. For items requiring warranty work, please contact us and we will arrange for the best method to have your product submitted to the manufacturer for repair.
For any and all software or license key purchases, there is no refund or credit issued.
