Please note that we are not Nortel and have no obligation to give free advice on system use, issues, or programming. We are a for-profit company and any consultation of a technical or operational nature is considered a chargeable fee, with a minimum charge of $150 for up to 60 minutes plua a trip fee. After the first hour we charge per quarter hour. Nortel has been out of business for approximately twelve years and no new replacement parts are being manufactured. We also charge for a trip fee of $150 if within an hour round trip from Milwaukee. Additional hours to farther sites billed accordingly at $150 per hour.
IP Office Techs can provide limited onsite support only in Wisconsin. We do not offer support in states other than Wisconsin. Certified replacement parts for non functional main panels or voicemail elements of the systems are no longer available – except on eBay.
