We want to perform your next installation...

We do our own installations. We pride ourselves on smooth cutovers from an older system to one of our Avaya, VoIP, or Nortel Systems.
Prior to activating your new phone system, training is provided. We typically set up a conference room with up to 8 phones setup which is shared by two people each. Class sizes are then around 16 people. We believe in hands on training, therefore classes practice using phones and system features by making and handling calls between the attendees.
Documentation is provided - both custom designed for your organization as well as the standard guides from the manufacturer. In addition, we also provide links to YouTube videos we have produced which mirrors the on-site training. This is great as a refresher or for staff that could not make it to the training. Not many companies provide this!
After training, for a seamless cutover to the new system, we put a new phone on the receptionist desk while the old one is still working and also place other critical phones per your direction. Both phones are live at the same time on each of these specified desks. We then move over the phone line in less than 2 minutes, and calls begin to flow to the new system and phones. We then have one of our trainers or installers be available to the receptionist or primary call handler to assist in the initial use of the phone system.
That's about two minutes of downtime. We then place other phones in an agreed upon order. Non-essential phones, people off work that day, or empty cubes and offices can be done ahead of time.
We then test the system by making inbound calls and check the call routing now that the phone lines are connected. After we are done, you will have 30 days of free remote support to fine tune your new system.
For onsite installations in our service area we follow an installation timeline as follows:
NOTE: Smaller systems under 10 phones can typically be done in one day.
- Quote received, Parts Ordered
- Begin gathering system programming information
- Parts received and inventoried, parts staged
- Programming Begun
- Discussion with Network Vendor re new switches
- Site readied for installation
- Prepare training materials .5 day
- Install product in rack .5 day
- Onsite Testing .5 day
- Phone Line Testing at end of day 1 hour
- Prepare Training Room
- Training .5 day
- Place Phones in advance of cutover (IP Phones) 1 day
- Cutover 1 day (for after cutover testing and support issues)
- First Day of Business .5 day
The above timeline is a guideline. A 3 week time frame above is typical for a larger system but delays may occur for reasons out of control such as procurement of initial programming documents and changes to plan mid way through project, phone company issues, installation of new switches, adjustments needed to new switches if phones do not connect to PBX, etc.
Question: If we bought our system online or from another company, can you install or program it for us?
We not only sell and install our systems ourselves, but at times, our customers ask if we can install a system they purchased off the Internet or directly from another company that no longer needs it. Yes! We can help you install this system.
Some systems require a password to gain access to program and some do not. Yet others allow us to reset the system and recover the password. Call us to determine if your system is in a condirion ready to install, and also if all necessary wiring is in place to have your phones ready to work.
Currently we install new VoIP systems as well as new and reconditioned Avaya IP Office systems. They are both great values and offer best in class features.
