Subcontract Phone Network Support Services from IP Office Techs. We support other Telecom companies as a subcontractor. We cover Wisconsin onsite and all other states remotely. We are experts in Avaya IP Office and VoIP systems of all makes. We can help with any other system as .. very smart hands. We thoroughly understand VoIP phone systems and architecture and can troubleshoot down to the DHCP, DNS and VLAN levels. All techs carry laptops with hotspots to further aid in troubleshooting IP issues and cable issues.
We will service your customers in a similar non-descript vehicle to the one shown, and represent ourselves as your employee. We will fill in any necessary tickets, call you when arriving and departing and give you a synopsis of what was done. On the same day.
If required, we will also provide you with our W-9 and Certificate of Insurance. We are also happy to fill in a skills assessment and other documents, usually within 24 hours.
Call us today to discuss rates and availability. We can typically service same or next day. We primarily work with Avaya IP Office (our flagship product), Mitel, Asterisk (FreePBX – Elastix – etc) and Nortel systems (Norstar- CICS – MICS BCM)
We also are very proficient in troubleshooting Enterpise Avaya, including CM, Definity, Audix, Octel, Aura, Prologix and the S Series of Avaya Enterprise products such as the S8300, S8500 and their associated G series gateways. Our techs carry copies of Avaya ASA and Putty as well as serial connectors should the need arise.
Upon request, we can also work on other systems, provided you supply a remote tech support engineer. In this fashion we have helped companies work on their customer’s Siemens, and other large Enterprise systems. The largest system we have worked on had 5000 users. We have remote hot spot connectivity if your techs need to log in locally.
We will gladly be your eyes and ears to install or service almost any system as needed!

AREAS COVERED: ONSITE SERVICE
Our network operation center is based in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Hourly trip charges for our NOC techs apply for calls outside of the Milwaukee metro area. We have traveled to customers in Illinois, Indiana, and Iowa with our vehicles and have flown as far as Alaska for service work.
REMOTE SERVICE & PROGRAMMING
We can assist in programming remotely as long as we can gain access to the system via a network connection. We recommend Teamviewer for ad hoc access, for longer engagements we use Splashtop and will send you a link for deployment to a management PC or laptop. We no longer have dial up access.
PROGRAMMING ASSISTANCE
Often we help out installers who are unfamiliar with certain aspects of the IP Office and since our remote access methods allow the local installer to interact, we will walk them through the issue and help train then on the features or troubleshootnig methods needed for your customer.
